Everyone's getting the flu bug. Yes i think i'm slightly sick. Having a blocked and runny nose. How contradicting. But it's true. And everything i eat now taste bland. I hope this stuffed nose goes away soon. I wanna be able to enjoy all the great food this festive season.
I was bored just now so i began youtubing. I searched on Sugababes, one of my favourite girl bands. I really like the sound of their voices. I'm in love with 'Too lost in you'. It's such a sexy song. Anyways, i like Mutya. But she left the band already. She has her own solo stuff now. I wanna talk more about her later. =)
After Sugababes, my mind got linked to All Saints, a 90's girl band i used to listen to when i was in primary school. Similarly, i like their voices.
You can take a listen to them if you're curious about how they sound. =)
Anyway, after All Saints, i had this sudden interest to go search for some of the artistes i remembered listening to when i was in primary school. I remembered i had these pop casettes, and i'll listened to the songs over and over again in my walkman.
What i searched. Chumbawumba. Ace of Base. Blur. Roxette.
ROXETTE! Heard a couple of their stuff before. I think their songs are awesome. As i clicked and listened to some songs for the first time, they blew me away. So great. How could i have missed out so much on a band like that? I'm serious. They are good.
I haven't thought a band this way since i listened to... X Japan. Well, they are of different genres but, yeah. They beat those mainstream shit we're getting so much of nowadays.
I didn't know 'Listen to your heart' was their original. I like theirs more than the DHT version.
I'm so gonna get my hands on more of their songs.
Gomen. But i get excited when i discover more of good music. =)
