Blardy hell. Gave me a fright. Couldn't log into Blogger on the first attempt. That Xiaxue incident came into my mind. (if u noe what i mean). I tried again the second time and i got in. Haha. Paranoid lah me. Eh, who would want my blog anyway. Well, me.

Anyways, Happy 40th Bday Singapore. May our nation have many more better years ahead and continue to do well in every aspect of life. One thing i like about SG is that it is much safer compared to other countries. (: Watched the NDP on tv just now. Seriously, i get goosebumps during the finale everytime. It's heart-warming to see practically the whole nation coming together as one to celebrate our 40th birthday. Nice fireworks too. But too bad i can't see it from my house now. Because a few years ago a terrace house was built nearby opposite my block and it completely blocked my view. I can't even enjoy fireworks from National Stadium now. Could do so last time.

Stayed at home the whole day today. But was home late yesterday night. Went to Jocelyn's birthday bbq at ECP. Again. Took a bus down to Marine Parade with Daphne, Adelina and Luke after class in the evening. Then, we went to Luke's house first because he stays nearby and just opposite ECP. And also becoz, he wanted to bathe first. Anyway, the view from his house is really nice. Overlooks the sea. Lucky guy.

While Luke was bathing, his parents suddenly returned home. Adelina and i got a fright becoz we dunnoe what to do if his parents see 2 complete strangers sitting at their dining table. But Luke came out from bath just in time. And it turned out that he had already told his parents beforehand that we were going to be there. Left his house at about a quarter to 8.

We headed to 7-11 first to buy drinks, charcoal and ice first. Jocelyn asked us to get for her. Den we walked all the wayy to pit 16. Din't noe it would be such a distance. Had quite alot of fun at the bbq. Ate more food there. Haha. Took many pictures. Luke was tryin' to be the photographer of the 'event'. Going around and taking pictures. And he filled up most of the camera with his photos! Like his camera and his birthday liddat. The camera belongs to Jocelyn somemore. Haha.

At one point, Daphne, Adelina and i went to get drinks. I took the new Sprite bottle and opened it. Daphne was like 'eh like open champagne ah'. And she and her crow's mouth. The minute i twisted open the cap the Sprite kinda went nuts and gushed out. Blardy hell man. I shouted back 'you and ur champagne lah!'.

Our class shared and bought an I-Pod shuffle for Jocelyn as present. She was damn surprised and touched. (:

Did many many other stuff. Later into the bbq we all just sat around and talked. Most of us girls then left at abt 11.15. My dad came to fetch me. He was yelling at me for making him wait for me. *pissed*

No school tmr. Meeting Daphne for movie tmr evening. Adelina cant come. Either watching the choco one or the zombies one.
