Went to catch War of the Worlds premiere on tuesday night. It's pretty good. Kinda freaky too. For those of you who have yet to watch it, you should go catch it soon. (:

Ok, should i call my dad cool? Because he said that he's gonna watch the Slipknot concert in August when they come to town. *imaginary cloud appears above my head. with a vision of my dad looking like Marilyn Manson* Well, i was surprised when he told me that. I don't have anything against this band. I don't mind going to watch them if my dad wants to bring me.

For those who don't know Slipknot, they're actually a mix of grinding, post-Korn alternative metal, Marilyn Manson-esque neo-shock rock, and rap-metal kind of band. The band always performed in identical industrial jump suits and homemade Halloween masks, and added to its mysterious anonymity by adopting the numbers zero through eight as stage aliases.

So what the first thing that comes to ur mind about this band? Satanic? Freaky? Morbid? Weird? Well, can't judge them by their appearance. Perhaps their music is good to other people? They find solace in their music or can relate to their music. I guess the band is often misunderstood but their appearance and the type of music they play; heavy metal.


Slipknot.

Yup. I guess i have to go hit the books now. Hm, might be meeting Stella on sat to watch Initial D. Recently, i've started to like watching movies. My sis's been renting VCDs home and i can just spend my whole day watching them.
