I went to attend a church wedding ceromony this afternoon. Hm, how should i introduce this person? The bride groom's my friend, mentor, teacher and pastor. Known him for about 7 yrs. (: During the ceromony there was one part where he performed a song for the bride. He used the song 'You're still the one' from their favourite singer, Shania Twain. He penned the first two verses but sang the original chorus. Not bad. But it was very sweet. (: I know God will bless their marriage.

My mom's nagging at me to pack my bag for our trip to Msia next week. We'll be going to Malacca for a couple of days. It's actually a church camp. I am crossing my fingers and hoping that this trip will be an enjoyable one.

Anyway, i ripped this off the Bulletin board in friendster.

I knelt to pray but not for long,
I had too much to do.
I had to hurry and get to work
For bills would soon be due
So I knelt and said a hurried prayer,
And jumped up off my knees.
My Christian duty was now done
My soul could rest at ease.
All day long I had no time
To spread a word of cheer.
No time to speak of Christ to friends,
They'd laugh at me I'd fear.
No time, no time, too much to do,
That was my constant cry,
No time to give to souls in need
But at last the time, the time to die.

I went before the Lord, I came, I stood
with downcast eyes. For in his hands God
held a book; It was the book of life.

God looked into his book and said:

"Your name I cannot find.
I once was going to write it down...

But never found the time"

I am guilty of not putting God in first priority sometimes. And only coming to Him in times of need. I definitely wouldn't want that answer above from Him when i go to Heaven one day.

Ok! Off to play pool.
